Dear Mr. Agung Mulya,

We have ordered 3000 onderdil on May 28^th 2013. And I have received that yesterday on 30^th2013. I regret that all of the onderdil were broken.

The package containing the onderdil was looked good, but when it was unpacking, all of the onderdil were broken.

I’m very disappointed because this case.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your action to exchange the glasses or give back our money. I have enclosed the copy of buyer document, and guarantees.
